Rebel head for Wellington and Auckland

The Rebel Alliance is delighted to announce that March will see rebels performing in both the Wellington and Auckland Fringe Festivals.

 On March 1 Gregory Cooper's Heroic Faun No. One makes its Wellington debut at the Fringe Bar. 8 days later a brand new play, Standstill, will premier at The Basement theatre in Auckland.

Heroic Faun No. One had a great return season at The Basement last year and we felt it was time for the little faun to make his way to the Capital. For a taste of what to expect have a look at the TV3 news intom on last year's return season here.

As for Standstill, well, waht can we say? Both cast and content is kept behind a veil of secrecy. Is it a comedy? Unknown. Is it a drama? Unknown. How many actors are in it? Unknown. When was the last time you went to see a show or a film you knew absolutely nothing about? We hope that you're up for taking a chance.
